A highly successful pre-IPO investor in high technology, telecommunications and Internet companies, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Network-1 Security Solutions, Inc., an Internet firewall company. Mr. Horowitz is a highly successful private investor and President of CMH Capital Management Corporation, a New York investment advisory and merchant banking firm specializing in pre-IPO, high-tech telecommunications and Internet companies. Before forming CMH Capital Management, Mr. Horowitz was a general partner in the M&A group of Plaza Securities Co. He was also general partner at Lafer Amster & Co.
