Mr. Stepanski is a member of the Transclick Board of Advisors. Previously, he was President and CEO of Origin Technology in Business, Inc. [OTiB], an international IT services company. Under his leadership, OTiB grew from 300 employees in 1994 to 1,200 employees in 1997. Before joining Origin, he was President and CEO of AGS Information Services which employed 2,000 IT professionals in 35 offices throughout the United States, Canada, and Great Britain. Since April 1998 Mr. Stepanski has focused his activities on private investments while serving as Managing Director of Melmatt Partners, LLC.
