Mr. Donenfeld is a member of Transclick's Board of Advisors and is the President of Net Capital Fund.com, Inc. and President of Bristol Investment Group, Inc., a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). Previously, Mr. Donenfeld was Vice President in the Merger and Acquisitions Group at Bear, Stearns & Company, Inc. Mr. Donenfeld also formerly managed the LBO Group at E.F. Hutton & Co., Inc. Mr. Donenfeld graduated with honors from Tufts University in 1979 with a BA in Economics and received his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in 1981, where he was a member of the Investment Policy Committee.
